智通财经APP讯，中国疏浚环保(00871)公布，董事会建议进行股本重组，当中涉及：
(a) 股本削减，当中透过注销缴足股本(以每股已发行股份0.18港元为限)，使每股已发行股份的名义价值或面值由0.20港元削减至0.02港元;
(b) 股份拆细，当中紧随股本削减后，每股名义价值或面值为0.20港元的法定但未发行股份将拆细为10股每股名义价值或面值为0.02港元的新股份;及
(c) 股本削减所产生的进账额约2.71亿港元将于股本削减的生效日期用于抵销本公司累计亏损，从而削减公司的累计亏损，而结余(如有)将转拨至公司的可供分派储备账，并可由公司按大纲及细则以及所有适用法律及法规所批准以及董事会认为适当的任何方式动用。
买卖新股份的每手买卖单位于股本重组生效后将维持不变于2万股新股份。
