智通财经APP讯，中国宏桥(01378)公布，于2025年2月14日，该公司间接附属公司北海信和拟向绿祥资源订出售北海目标资产，即北海信和拥有的有关赤泥综合利用项目的资产，主要用于从赤泥中提取铁，赤泥为集团于生产氧化铝过程中产生的工业废物。总代价为约人民币337万元。
同日，公司附属沾化汇宏拟向绿智资源出售沾化目标资产，即沾化汇宏拥有的有关赤泥综合利用项目的资产，主要用于从赤泥中提取铁。赤泥为集团于生产氧化铝过程中产生的工业废物。 总代价为约人民币3180.55万元。
此外，公司间接附属魏桥铝电拟向魏桥再生资源出售宏通资源全部股权，总代价为人民币6200万元。宏通资源主要从事固废的处理及固废的综合利用。
按出售事项的总代价约人民币9717.55万元及估计税项约人民币325.3万元计算，预期公司将取得出售事项收益约人民币9392.24万元。所得款项净额拟用作公司的一般营运资金。
