交银国际全资附属公司收购两笔票据
交银国际（03329）发布公告，近日公司其全资附属公司Preferred Investment进行了两笔票据的收购。首先，在2025年2月12日，Preferred Investment以约100.482美元的价格收购了本金金额为500万美元的EBIUH票据二，总代价约为504万美元（相当于约3958万港元）。这笔收购被视为须予披露交易，因为其合并计算的适用百分比率低于25%但高于5%。
此外，Preferred Investment在2025年2月7日以约102.05美元的价格收购了本金金额为300万美元的EBIUH票据一，总代价约为311万美元（相当于约2444万港元）。由于这笔交易的适用百分比率均低于5%，因此不构成须予披露交易。此次收购旨在为公司提供长期投资机会，实现稳定的投资回报。公司已动用内部资源为此次收购提供资金，且董事会认为收购条款公平合理，符合整体利益。
