智通财经APP讯，传承教育集团(08195)发布公告，于2025年2月14日，公司根据公司于2023年9月4日采纳的购股权计划向集团19名合资格人士授出合共4429.2万份购股权，以认购合共4429.2万股公司股本中每股面值0.0005港元的股份，但须待各承授人于接纳并支付1.00港元后，方可作实。购股权于悉数行使后占于本公布日期已发行股份总数约10.0%。
