智通财经APP讯，看通集团(01059)发布公告，于2025年2月14日，买方看通能源贸易有限公司(即公司一间间接全资附属公司)与卖方富皓信托有限公司订立临时买卖合约，卖方同意出售而买方同意收购该物业，代价为900万港元。
该物业位于中国香港九龙民乐街21号富高工业中心B座9楼27号工作室。
公告称，该物业拟用作集团关键讯息及人工智能业务在中国香港的营运基地。集团的目标是成为领先的综合通讯及自动化解决方案供应商，帮助人们把握应用程式及物联网所带来的机遇，同时以智能系统及稳健的无线电技术确保业务的连续性;而为配合此业务计划，收购中国香港的工业物业将有利于公司的长远发展。因此，董事相信收购该物业可让集团在中国香港建立营运基地，以开拓亚洲各地的关键讯息及人工智能市场，对公司的长远发展有利。集团有足够现金为收购提供资金，董事相信收购该物业不会对集团的营运造成不利影响。
