Meta Health (SGX:5DX) concluded its rights issue, resulting in an oversubscription, as the company received valid acceptances and excess applications for a total of 267,789,484 rights shares.
This represents around 101.4% of the 264,078,029 right shares available under the offering, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
At the close of the rights issue, the company raised around SG$1.4 million in net proceeds, based on the aggregate subscription of 264,078,029 rights shares, which will be used for the repayment of existing loans and for general corporate and working capital purposes.
