融信服务股东大会通过私有化计划，98.6%赞成票
融信服务（02207）发布公告，2025年2月14日的法院会议和股东特别大会上，计划股东批准了涉及本公司的私有化计划及撤销上市地位的相关决议。法院会议上，出席股东的投票结果显示，1.1亿股股份中，98.6%（1.08亿股）赞成该计划，反对票为1.4%（154万股）。此外，计划股份总数为1.33亿股，约占已发行股份的26.2%。
在股东特别大会上，两个决议案均获得通过。特别决议案中，4.85亿股股份中99.64%（4.83亿股）赞成削减已发行股本，而普通决议案同样获得高达99.64%的支持。预计该计划将于2025年3月14日生效，撤销上市地位的时间定于2025年3月18日。整体来看，此次股东大会及法院会议的结果标志着公司向私有化迈出了重要一步。
