2月14日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局泉州监管分局处罚信息公示表显示，中国民生银行股份有限公司泉州分行被罚款250万元，主要违法违规行为包括：个人贷款贷前调查不尽职、贷后管理不到位；流动资金贷款未合理测算营运资金需求，贷后管理不到位；不良资产处置程序不合规；发放经营性物业贷款不审慎。

　　同时，曾宝华（时任民生银行泉州分行资产保全部总经理）、杨建康（时任民生银行石狮支行客户经理）二人被警告。
