智通财经APP讯，长城汽车(02333)公布，因公司部分激励对象离职、岗位调迁、降职或激励对象年度个人绩效考核结果不合格等情况，根据《长城汽车股份有限公司长期激励机制管理办法》《2023年限制性股票激励计划》的相关规定，公司拟回购注销《2023年限制性股票激励计划》项下首次授予部分限制性股票。
公司拟回购注销的首次授予限制性股票数量合计为1,585,564股，拟回购注销的首次授予限制性股票回购价格为13.31元/股，并按《2023年限制性股票激励计划》的规定加上同期银行存款利息(中国人民银行公布的同期存款基准利率)。
