Paramount Global (PARA)'s channels, including CBS and Nickelodeon, will be unavailable on Alphabet (GOOG)'s YouTube TV from Thursday as the two companies could not agree on a contract renewal, Reuters reported Thursday citing both parties.
Paramount said that YouTube TV was trying to force it into accepting "one-sided terms" and "non-market demands", according to the report.
Paramount will continue its efforts to reach a new agreement while YouTube said it is actively negotiating to maintain the channels without affecting subscribers, Reuters reported.
The two companies did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
