本报讯（记者曹政）2月14日，当英伟达披露大量持仓中国自动驾驶企业文远知行后，文远知行当日在美股交易中大涨超135%，触发熔断。

　　当天，英伟达向美国证券交易委员会提交的持仓报告披露，截至去年底，该公司持有文远知行的约174万股美国存托凭证。

　　2024年10月，文远知行正式在纳斯达克证券交易所挂牌上市，成为全球通用自动驾驶公司第一股，也是全球Robotaxi（自动驾驶出租车）第一股。

　　文远知行2017年成立。记者查询发现，在其多年前的Pre-A轮融资中，就有英伟达。

　　从业务层面上看，文远知行覆盖面较广，既提供从L2到L4级的自动驾驶产品和服务，又形成自动驾驶出租车Robotaxi、自动驾驶小巴Robobus、自动驾驶货运车Robovan、自动驾驶环卫车Robosweeper等产品，应用场景包括智慧出行、智慧货运和智慧环卫。

　　与具备智驾功能的量产车型不同，自动驾驶企业追求的是更高级别的自动驾驶，由文远知行等中国企业研发的L4级自动驾驶“出租车”已经率先在国内多座城市路测多年，并实现商业化“试点”，文远知行的小巴也已在北京城市副中心三大文化建筑提供自动驾驶接驳服务。
