标普全球警告，若美国 “史无前例 ”地退出世界银行和其他顶级多边贷款机构，这些机构的AAA信用评级将受伤害。

　　美国总统特朗普上周签署了一项行政命令，要求对美国对所有政府间国际组织的支持进行为期六个月的审查，以决定是否应该退出这些组织或寻求改革。标普表示，世界银行和其他顶级开发银行目前的AAA信用评级是假设美国仍会继续支持。因此，如果美国政府将“限制”其支持力道，由此引发的评级变化料将是 “负面的”。
