Sen Yue (SGX:5BS) received no objection from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) to hold its annual general meeting by March 31, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The company had earlier applied for an extension of time to hold the AGM.
