美团-W(03690.HK) 公布，本周将正式在广西部分城市首次上线“超时免罚”试点。在试点区域将全面取消超时扣款，将众包骑手的“超时扣款”改为积分制度，并辅以支持策略，如培训帮扶新骑手、优化出餐调度和申诉通道，持续改善骑手的配送体验。
在试点区域，超时不会对骑手的收入产生影响。若核实超时为骑手责任，可能会被扣分。后续骑手可通过准时送达来获得积分。积分会在次日更新。如骑手积分过低，可通过参加线上或线下的辅助培训恢复积分。
公司指出，每个微小的改动，都可能产生重大的影响。数百万骑手、数千万订单如何同时做到既有效率，又有公平，暂时还没有可供参考的范例。公司将沿着科技向善、算法取中的方向，努力而谨慎地探索。
