2月14日，中国联通发布《2024年中国联通北京市分公司南戴河培训中心消防系统改造工程-消防水泵设备采购项目比选失败公告》。

　　公告显示，采购人为中国联合网络通信有限公司北京市分公司，采购代理机构为中通服咨询设计研究院有限公司。比选项目名称为“2024年中国联通北京市分公司南戴河培训中心消防系统改造工程-消防水泵设备采购项目”，代理编号TXZBL0000395ZX0172，比选公告发布日期为2025年2月7日至2025年2月12日。

　　就项目中止原因，中国联通表示，本项目发布比选公告后，至比选文件售卖截止时间止，报名参与本项目的潜在应答人少于3个。参照《中华人民共和国招标投标法实施条例》第四十四条“投标人少于3个的，不得开标”的规定，由于本项目不具备开启条件，因此决定中止本项目的采购。
