美团新一轮“取消骑手超时扣款”试点：扣分不扣钱
南方财经2月14日电，2月14日，美团发布公告称，将在广西部分城市进行新一轮“取消超时扣款”试点。2024年底，美团公布了八项算法改进举措，其中包括在2025年底前逐步取消骑手超时扣款，推动从负向处罚向正向激励的转变。本轮试点，主要是在试点区域面向众包骑手测试全新的积分制度，为全面取消骑手超时扣款做好准备。
试点具体规则为将超时扣款改为扣分，骑手后续可通过准时送达获得激励加分，因技能不熟练等主观原因多次超时后分数过低的骑手，平台将提供线上线下培训指导，以帮助骑手增强技能并恢复积分。
新试点同时针对因客观原因导致的超时问题进行了优化，遇到特殊天气和路况等不可抗力，骑手无需申诉，系统将自动予以验证免责。
