三言科技消息 美团今日宣布，本周将正式在广西部分城市首次上线“骑手超时免罚”试点。
在试点区域，将全面取消超时扣款，将众包骑手的“超时扣款”改为积分制度，并辅以支持策略，如培训帮扶新骑手、优化出餐调度和申诉通道，持续改善骑手的配送体验。
在试点区域，超时不会对骑手的收入产生影响。若核实超时为骑手责任，可能会被扣分。后续骑手可通过准时送达来获得积分。
举例来看，一个新骑手刚上路，初期可能会因为路线不熟等原因被扣分，但经过了培训帮扶，在技能熟练后，骑手可以通过成功配送而不断积累新的积分。
