Health care stocks were flat to higher premarket Friday, with the iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) inactive and the Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLV) added 0.2% recently.
Moderna (MRNA) shares declined by over 4% after the company reported a swing to Q4 loss as revenue fell during the period.
NeuroPace (NPCE) shares fell by over 16% after the company priced a public offering of 6.5 million shares at $10 per share.
InflaRx (IFRX) slumped by more than 22% after the company priced an offering of 8.25 million ordinary shares at $2 apiece.
