恒基地产(00012)牵头发展的马头角南角道住宅项目南首，周四(13日)正式上载售楼说明书至一手住宅物业销售资讯网。恒基物业代理董事及营业(二)部总经理韩家辉表示，项目提供313伙，由开放式至两房间隔，其中标准一房占178伙最多，实用面积由258至263方呎；标准开放式户型有40伙，实用面积200方呎；标准两房单位设有78伙，实用面积342至351方呎。

 

此外，项目亦提供17伙特色单位，其中15伙为低层连平台单位，由开放式至两房设计，实用面积178至313方呎。另有两个连平台天际特色户，均为两房间隔，实用面积353至358方呎。

 

据楼书资料，楼盘以一梯十五伙设计，面积最小单位为3楼A6室连平台户，实用面积178方呎，平台242方呎，属开放式户型。

 

韩家辉指出，项目预计关键日期为2025年12月31日，设于尖沙咀美丽华广场的示范单位及售楼处已完工，预计短期内开放予公众参观。
