【环球时报-环球网报道 记者 倪浩】2月13日下午，商务部举行例行记者会。有媒体提问时称，2月4日，商务部发布公告将美国的PVH集团和因美纳公司列入不可靠实际清单，请问后续商务部会采取什么措施对这两个公司进行制裁？

对此，商务部新闻发言人何咏前表示，2月4日，不可靠实体清单工作机制将美国PVH集团和因美纳公司列入不可靠实体清单。根据不可靠实体清单规定第十条，对列入不可靠实体清单的外国实体，工作机制根据实际情况可以决定采取一项或多项措施。

何咏前进一步表示，中方一贯审慎处理不可靠实体清单问题，仅针对极少数破坏市场规则并违反中国法律的外国实体，诚信守法的外国实体完全无需担心。中国政府一如既往的欢迎世界各国企业来华投资经营，并致力于为守法合规的外资企业在华经营提供稳定、公平和可预期的营商环境。
