【建信投资入股中国二冶集团 后者增资至23亿】金十数据2月13日讯，天眼查App显示，近日，中国二冶集团有限公司发生工商变更，新增建信金融资产投资有限公司为股东，注册资本由20亿人民币增至约23亿人民币，增幅约15%，同时多位高管发生变更。中国二冶集团有限公司成立于1980年9月，法定代表人为徐永锋，经营范围含起重机械特种设备安装维修、周转材料租赁、承包境外工程及境内国际招标工程、服装加工、礼仪服务、百货销售等，现由中国中冶及上述新增股东共同持股。
