Koda (SGX:BJZ) returned to a profit attributable to owners of the company in the fiscal half ended Dec. 31, 2024, to $416,000 from an attributable loss of $2.3 million a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Earnings per share came in at $0.0050 compared with a loss per share of $0.0282 in the comparable period.
Revenue surged 39% year over year to $27.7 million from about $20.0 million, mainly due to higher export sales to new customers in US.
Shares of the furniture producer and supplier were up over 4% in recent trading.
