花样年控股南山项目收购终止 录得按金减值3.4亿元
财中社2月13日电花样年控股（01777）发布公告，主要内容涉及对南山项目、龙岗项目和武汉项目的收购事项及其后续进展。根据公告，南山项目的收购已因南山项目公司的资产遭拍卖而终止，导致本公司录得按金减值金额为3.4亿元。南山项目的收购价为11.32亿元，已支付的按金为3.4亿元。
关于龙岗项目，收购价为13.87亿元，目前尚未完成规划批准及实质确认，已支付的按金为3.47亿元，因项目进展缓慢，预计该项目的估值将大幅低于原先估计，导致按金减值。武汉项目的收购同样面临延误，已支付的按金为2.41亿元，因市场低迷和项目进展不大，预计其估值也将低于初步评估。
本公司表示，将采取措施加快项目开发进度，并寻求投资者收购本公司在这些项目中的权益，以应对当前的挑战。同时，公司还强调将遵循上市规则，确保未来交易的合规性。
