中新经纬2月14日电 14日早间，国联证券改名国联民生正式开始A股交易，集合竞价平开，报11.77元。

　　此前在2月10日盘后，国联证券发布公告称，公司于2025年1月13日召开第五届董事会第二十一次会议，会议以全票通过的结果，逐项审议通过《关于变更公司名称、证券简称、注册资本并修订<公司章程>及其附件的议案》，同意公司A股证券简称由“国联证券”变更为“国联民生”，A股证券代码“601456”保持不变。

　　国联证券表示，鉴于公司发行A股股份购买民生证券股份有限公司99.26%股份并募集配套资金等事项已经中国证监会核准通过，基于公司战略发展需要，同时使公司名称更为全面、准确地反映公司基本情况及未来发展规划，公司拟变更公司名称及证券简称。经申请，并经上交所办理，公司A股证券简称将于 2025年2月14日起由“国联证券”变更为“国联民生”。

　　国联证券当时称，公司本次变更A股证券简称不涉及主营业务的变更，符合公司战略规划和整体利益，不存在利用变更证券简称影响公司股价、误导投资者的情形，也不存在损害公司和中小股东利益的情形。

　　资料显示，国联证券创立于1992年11月，注册资本28.3亿元，2015年7月6日在香港联合交易所上市，2020年7月31日在上海证券交易所上市。民生证券是一家综合类证券公司，成立于1986年，注册地为上海，2004年注册为保荐机构，2005年成为首批股权分置改革保荐试点保荐机构。(中新经纬APP)
