2 月 16 日，据 CoinDesk 报道，若比特币一季度收盘超 9.6 万美元，Strategy（原来 MicroStrategy）或于 6 月 20 日前完成标普 500 指数纳入流程。目前 Strategy 仅需完成“过去 12 个月 GAAP 净利润为正”即可满足所有准入条件。要实现这一目标，2025 年一季度盈利需足够抵消前三个季度亏损。
分析师 Richard Hass 指出：假设 Strategy 持仓不变，比特币需在一季度收于 96,337 美元上方，即可满足过去 12 个月净利润转正要求。“基于 2024 年四季度净亏损 6.71 亿美元，MSTR 需在 2025 年一季度实现 11.3 亿美元盈利以使过去四季净利润转正。按当前持仓 478,740 枚 BTC 计算，3 月 31 日比特币需达 96,337 美元。”
去年 12 月 14 日，MicroStrategy(MSTR) 被纳入纳斯达克 100 指数。Benchmark 分析师 Mark Palmer 表示，“若比特币价格坚挺且 MSTR 持续增持，MSTR 被标普 500 纳入触手可及。尽管入选纳斯达克 100 意义重大，但标普 500 才是圣杯，所有标普 500 指数基金将持有 MSTR 股票，间接使投资者接触比特币。”
