智通财经APP获悉，诺科达科技(00519)昨日盘中一度涨超525%，当日收涨223%，今日午后回落逾20%。截至发稿，跌21%，报0.225港元，成交额663.29万港元。
消息面上，诺科达科技公布，正式更名为诺科达科技集团(前称实力建业)，于2025年2月12日正式生效。更名标志著公司全面转型升级，正式迈向以科技创新为核心驱动力的全球化发展新征程。
公告称，集团专注于人工智能(AI)科技、无人驾驶、AI机器人应用及研发等前沿领域，致力于将尖端科技与全球市场需求深度融合。目前，集团的AI机器人已在香港、内地的多个场景落地，包括环卫、巡逻、仓储、物流及运输等领域。集团将继续加强产品应用及技术创新，拓展国际市场，与全球合作伙伴携手共进。通过与阿里巴巴合作， 设立一站式线上营销平台，助力AI机器人走向世界。
