消息面上，2月7日，明源云官网发文称已成功接入DeepSeek大模型，作为国内不动产生态链数字化解决方案平台，联手DeepSeek将推动不动产数字化新变革。目前DeepSeek大模型已深度融入明源云的AI数字营销全系产品中，成功应用于地产、家居、汽车三大行业的2500多个项目。
值得注意的是，明源云1月中旬发布公告，获控股股东陈晓晖增持200万股公司股份。公告称，如陈先生所告知，进行增持事项乃由于彼对集团整体发展前景和增长潜力怀揣十足信心，不排除于合适时机在遵守适用法律及监管规定的前提下，进一步增持公司股份。
