内媒引述消息人士透露，新世界发展(00017.HK) 非执行副主席兼非执董郑志刚将与瑞士投资公司“JAKOTA Capital”合作，进军全球短剧行业。
报道提及，JAKOTA Capital推出一项专注于全球短剧市场的全新投资策略，将通过一间总部位于纽约的短剧公司实体进行管理，计划于今年3月开始营运，郑志刚将在短剧公司中提供战略指导。另外，JAKOTA Capital已承诺投入1亿美元资金，用于支持短剧公司及相关项目，包括对从事全球短剧业务的上市公司及上市前公司的投资。
