金斯瑞生物科技预计2024年度净利润同比有重大增长
金斯瑞生物科技（01548）发布公告，公司董事会谨此告知本公司股东及潜在投资者，根据对集团截至2024年12月31日止年度最新未经审核管理账目的初步评估及本集团现有可得资料，本集团预期报告期内录得的净利润较截至2023年12月31日止年有重大增长。
主要受益于以下几个因素：首先，公司预计将确认来自出售传奇生物的约32亿美元的一次性未实现收益。传奇生物解除合并后，将重新分类为公司的重要联营公司。解除合并时，公司在传奇生物的投资账面价值将反映其在传奇生物公允市场价值中所占的份额。
其次，公告提到，蓬勃A类和C类优先股的公允价值变动将导致公司年度非现金公允价值亏损约1.24亿美元。公允价值的变动主要受到与礼新的交易及宏观经济环境改善的影响。公司预计从2025年起将根据礼新收到的再许可收入的一定比例录得收入。此外，剔除上述两个因素后，公司报告期内经调整的整净利润在报告期内保持稳定，与上期相比未发生重大变化。
