美东时间2月14日，英伟达披露持股文远知行。英伟达向美国证券交易委员会提交的持仓报告披露，截至2024年12月31日，英伟达持有中国自动驾驶技术企业文远知行的173.86万股美国存托凭证，对应市值2465.28万美元。文远知行没有严格意义上的实际控制人，最大股东是宇通集团，持有约17.9%的股份。美股开盘后，美股文远知行一度大涨146.01%，盘中熔断，股价最终收于31.50美元/股，涨83.46%。    

       2024年10月，文远知行正式在纳斯达克证券交易所挂牌上市，成为全球通用自动驾驶公司第一股，也是全球Robotaxi（自动驾驶出租车）第一股。该174万股并非新买入，而是英伟达在2017年对文远知行的早期战略投资。

       2017年9月，刚刚成立的文远知行获得约6000万美元Pre-A轮融资，其中英伟达就有参投。而文远知行于去年10月25日上市，因此Q4的13F表也是公司股东首次披露持仓的日子。2017年成立至上市，文远知行已先后完成10轮融资，投资方包括广汽、英伟达、博世、IDG资本、启明创投、基石资本等，累计融资超10亿美元（约合人民币72亿元）。
