该批单位涵盖1房至2房户型，实用面积286至403平方呎，折实呎价9943至12736港元。其中最低售价单位为第2座3楼F室，面积286平方呎，折实价284.4万港元。
项目首张价单于2月12日公布，推出120伙，折实入场价264.9万港元，折实呎价8898港元。
发展商提供最高18%折扣及现金回赠，折实价区间为264.9万至481万港元。
两批单位合计推出190伙，占项目总单位量594伙的32%。
