智通财经APP讯，乐氏国际控股(01529)公布，公司建议按于记录日期每持有1股现有股份获发4股供股股份的基准，以认购价每股供股股份0.13港元透过供股方式发行最多约5.34亿股供股股份(假设已发行股份数目于记录日期或之前并无变动)，筹集最多约6940万港元(扣除开支前)。供股仅供合资格股东参与，并将不会延伸至不合资格股东(如有)。
供股所得款项净额(扣除开支后)估计将约为6760万港元(假设已发行股份数目于记录日期或之前并无变动)。约40.8%将用作集团一般营运资金，约29.6%将用于集团于内蒙古自治区新发展的山羊奶产品业务，约29.6%将用于在中国江西省中药物流产业园内兴建仓库及╱或其他物流有关设施，旨在向客户提供优质的中药产品仓储及物流服务。
