【业内人士：此次财政部所持股权划转是整个中国金融监管改革的一部分】金十数据2月14日讯，今日晚间，中国信达、东方资产、长城资产、中证金融公司相继发布公告称，股东拟将其持有的部分股份划转至中央汇金公司。划转完成之后，中央汇金将控股这四家重要金融机构。其中，中国信达、长城资产、东方资产均是财政部控股的AMC公司。有业内人士称，此次财政部所持股权划转是整个中国金融监管改革的一部分，经营性金融机构不再由监管机构和财政部直接管理。此次交易仅仅是股权关系划转，对于公司业务和经营思路不会造成太大影响。
