金吾财讯 | 瑞声科技(02018)发盈喜，带动股价早盘高开3.87%，报48.35港元，盘前成交额1122.7万港元。据公告显示，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度未经审核公司所有人应占综合净利将上升至17亿至18.15亿元人民币之间，即比截至2023年12月31日止年度增加约130%至145%。公告指，盈利显着增长主要受惠于环球智能手机市场回暖及升规趋势，带动多个产品分部的产品组合优化，以及持续提高运营效率的影响。此外，于2024年2月完成收购Acoustics Solutions International B.V.的第一批次交易事项亦为集团盈利带来正面贡献并进一步提升车载市场的业务增长潜力。东北证券近日研报提到，2024年得益于消费电子行业整体复苏态势，瑞声科技各项业务板块业绩得到修复。同时自身多板块协同发力效果显著，再加上产品升级、技术提升带来的良率和效率提高，共同推动瑞声科技业绩复苏，公司营收刷新历史新高，归母利润迎来显著回升。该行表示，预计2024-2026年公司实现营收246.10/263.00/279.05亿元，归母净利润16.34/23.08/27.75亿元，对应PE为33.56/23.76/19.75。首次覆盖，给予“买入”评级。
