0928 ET - China is becoming more important for Magna International, both from a sales perspective and in terms of vehicle production. In 2025, light vehicle production from China is expected to reach 29.7 million, and then to grow to 30.8 million in 2026. This compares with North America reaching 15.1 million and 15.4 million, respectively for 2025 and 2026, and 16.6 million and 17 million in Europe. On an analyst call, executives say that sales from China are expected to be around $5.6 billion in 2025 and to reach "north of $6 billion by 2026." (adriano.marchese@wsj.com)
