　　该公司周三在特拉华州进入破产法第11章程序后计划清算资产。根据法庭文件，其上市资产在5亿至10亿美元之间，负债在10亿至100亿美元之间。

　　文件凸显了这家电动和氢动力半挂卡车制造商面临的现金减少、销售放缓和股价暴跌等困境。本月早些时候报道称，Nikola考虑申请破产，公司承认在“不遗余力地筹集资金”。
