CLSA Premium's New Major Shareholder Will Offer to Buy Remaining Shares at HK$0.1229

CLSA Premium (HKG:6877) said Beijing Tong Ren Tang (Cayman) bought 813,316,000 shares, representing 40% of its total issued shares, from CITIC Securities International for HK$98.0 million at HK$0.1205 apiece.

After the completion, the buyer and the vendor, as in concert parties, in aggregate hold 1,200,310,001 shares, representing 59.03% of the total issued share capital of the company.

Shanggu Securities, on behalf of the buyer, will make an offer to buy all the shares not owned by the buyer and in concert parties at HK$0.1229.
