智通财经APP获悉，希慎兴业(00014)再涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.66%，报13.04港元，成交额1731.65万港元。
消息面上，希慎兴业昨日发布截至2024年12月31日止年度全年业绩，该集团取得营业额34.09亿港元，同比增加6.2%；基本溢利19.56亿港元，同比增加6.8%；公司拥有人应占溢利3500万港元，去年同期则亏损8.72亿港元；每股基本盈利3港仙，拟派发第二次中期股息每股81港仙。营业额同比增长6.2% 至34.09亿港元，经常性基本溢利同比增长6.8% 至19.56亿港元，主要受惠于营运表现改善。
此外，希慎兴业主席利蕴莲表示，减息步伐虽然未有如预期地快，但减息整体趋势仍然持续，对整体楼市持审慎乐观。她又指，楼市的确“要再提升信心”，而香港属外向型经济，经常会受到外围经济、楼市影响，但留意到香港近期股市亦有“进步”，可令香港人的信心逐步回升。
