据本地传媒报道，本港老牌家族纪惠集团在过去三个月内，至少放售6个价值逾亿元的物业，涉及金额接近50亿元。集团最新放售赤柱舂坎角“华翠海滩别墅”物业，叫价高达20亿元。集团于1988至2016年期间花近30年才成功统一该物业的业权，当时收购价约2亿元。
纪惠集团首席执行官汤文亮回应传媒查询时，未有否认上述放售事宜，并指集团因应银行要求降低借贷比例，故正积极放售物业。(js/da)
