智通财经APP讯，特步国际(01368)发布公告，配售于2025年2月12日完成，认购于2025年2月20日完成。根据配售及认购协议的条款及条件，配售代理已按配售价每股销售股份5.50港元成功向不少于6名承配人，配售合共9090.9万股销售股份;及于2025年2月20日，合共9090.9万股新认购股份(占本公布日期已发行股份总数约3.28%)已按认购价每股认购股份5.50港元配发及发行予卖方。
有关发行金额为5亿港元于2026年到期的1.5%可换股债券，债券发行已于2025年2月20日完成。预期债券将于2025年2月20日或前后于维也纳证券交易所上市。
