智通财经APP讯，华众车载(06830)公布，于2025年2月20日，该公司全资附属宁波华众汽车饰件科技有限公司拟向Roekona Textilwerk GmbH &Co. KG收购宁波华乐特汽车装饰布有限公司全部已发行股本的15%，总代价为450万欧元。
收购事项完成后，买方及卖方分别持有目标公司80%及10%的股权总额。目标公司主要从事制造及销售汽车零件、设计及制造高级纺织品。
公告称，收购事项完成后，该公司持有目标公司股权总额的80%，这将有利于提高公司在降低运营成本方面的决策效率。
