　　兴证国际（06058）公布，公司间接全资附属公司CISI Investment于2025年2月13日（交易时段后）经兴证国际证券（作为牵头经办人之一）与其他牵头经办人认购发行人发售的债券，有关指令已于2025年2月13日（交易时段后）获确认，及CISI Investment获分配认购总额为1200万美元的债券，代价为1200万美元，不包括交易成本。

　　据悉，债券发行人为湖北省联合发展投资集团有限公司，固定年利率5.10%。
