汽车之家将易主！海尔旗下卡泰驰130亿元并购签约
2月20日，汽车之家在港交所发布公告，其大股东中国平安旗下云辰资本与海尔集团子公司卡泰驰控股签订协议，卡泰驰控股将以总价约18亿美金（约合人民币130.74亿元），收购云辰资本持有的汽车之家20亿股公司普通股，约占汽车之家已发行普通股的41.91％。
交易完成后，云辰资本将持有2391.65万股汽车之家普通股，持股比例大幅下降，不再作为公司大股东。卡泰驰控股将成为汽车之家新的第一大股东，持股比例高达41.91%。
公告称，此次股份转让须待股份买卖协议所载先决条件达成后方告完成，其中包括但不限于获得必要的监管批准。
中国平安财产保险股份有限公司（平安产险）将继续作为汽车之家的主要股东之一，通过云辰资本间接持有在汽车之家的剩余股份。
同日，汽车之家发布公告，吴涛已辞任公司的执行董事及首席执行官，杨嵩被任命为公司的执行董事及首席执行官。
当天，汽车之家公布2024年第四季度和全年财务业绩。2024年汽车之家净收入为70.396亿元人民币（9.644亿美元），而2023年为71.841亿元人民币。2024年归属于普通股股东的净利润为16.196亿元人民币（2.219亿美元），而2023年为18.801亿元人民币。
2024年第四季度的净收入为17.834亿元人民币（2.443亿美元），而2023年同期为19.114亿元人民币。2024年第四季度归属于汽车之家的净利润为3.205亿元人民币（4390万美元），而2023年同期为4.467亿元人民币。
