智通财经APP讯，中国光大水务(01857)发布公告，于2025年2月19日，公司与光大环境、光大装备、光大绿色环保、光大环保及光大环境科技订立合资协议，以成立合资公司。合资公司的注册资本总额将为5000万元人民币，其中500万元人民币(占注册资本总额的10%)将由公司出资。公司将以现金出资，并由集团的内部资源拨付。
合资公司将主要从事技术服务、技术开发、技术咨询、技术交流、技术转让、技术推广;工程和技术研究和试验发展;环境保护专用设备制造;新兴能源技术研发;新材料技术研发;物联网技术研发;资源再生利用技术研发;碳减排、碳转化、碳捕捉、碳封存技术研发;新材料技术推广服务;环保咨询服务;资源循环利用服务技术咨询;物联网技术服务;环境保护专用设备销售;生态环境材料销售;会议及展览服务;业务培训(不含教育培训、职业技能培训等需取得许可的培训);在线能源监测技术研发(除依法须经批准的项目外，凭营业执照依法自主开展经营活动)(最终以登记机关注册为准)。
公告称，集团订立合资协议，旨在通过建立一个整合制造资源、加速科技成果商业化和产业化的中心，创造协同效应并促进合作，助力集团业务布局和长足发展。
