Manchester United Swings to Fiscal Q2 Loss, Reports Lower Revenue; Reiterates Fiscal 2025 Revenue Guidance

Manchester United (MANU) reported Wednesday its fiscal Q2 swung to an adjusted loss of 0.4 British pounds ($0.46) per share compared with adjusted earnings of 0.2 pounds per share a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of 0.22 pounds per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was 198.7 million pounds, down from 225.8 million pounds a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected 200.1 million pounds.

The company said it reiterates its fiscal 2025 revenue of 650 million to 670 million pounds. Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expect 666.8 million pounds.
