中国建材任命苗小玲为新执行董事
2月19日，中国建材（03323）发布公告，苗小玲于2025年2月19日被正式委任为公司的执行董事，任期与本届董事会一致，并可以重选连任。苗小玲接替因工作调整辞任的刘燕，成为新任执行董事。
苗小玲于1978年出生，现任中国建材母公司的党委委员、党委组织部部长及人力资源部总经理，同时担任公司的党委副书记。她在企业党建及人力资源管理方面积累了丰富的经验，并曾获得多项荣誉，包括2023年度中央国有企业优秀党务工作者。值得注意的是，在其任期内，苗小玲将不会从公司领取任何董事袍金。
公告中还提到，苗小玲在本公告日期确认并无担任公司其他职位，也与公司或集团其他成员的董事、监事、高级管理人员、主要股东或控股股东没有关联。同时，她在过去三年内并无担任其他上市公司的董事职务。这些信息均符合上市规则的要求，确保了公司治理的透明度和合规性。
