智通财经APP获悉，赛诺菲(SNY.US)已达成一项股权购买协议，将其消费者医疗保健业务Opella 50%的控股权出售给私募股权公司CD&R。交易条款与之前披露的条款保持不变，预计最早将于2025年第二季度完成。
法国公共投资银行Bpifrance预计将以少数股东的身份参与，持有Opella 2%的股份，而赛诺菲仍将是大股东。
赛诺菲于2024年10月首次与CD&R就潜在出售进行了谈判。外媒当时报道称，这笔交易的价值约为150亿欧元(约合164亿美元)。
Opella总部位于法国，销售非处方药和维生素、矿物质和补品，旗下有100个品牌，包括Allegra、Doliprane、Novanight、Icy Hot和Dulcolax。它管理着13个生产基地和4个研究和创新中心。
