Odaily星球日报讯 Vitalik Buterin 回应“今天的以太坊应该是更接近比特币的存在还是世界计算机的存在”问题时表示：“我认为这两个思维方式是互相兼容的。如果你需要分辨哪些区块链是“真正去中心化”，可以用一个比较简单的测试：如果他的基金会消失了，链能活下去吗？我有感觉只有比特币和以太坊能很明确回答：当然能。以太坊大部分的开发是基金会之外，客户端的团队都有独立的商业模型，现在很多研究者不在基金会里面，除了 devcon 之外几乎所有活动是独立的 到达这个阶段很难。5 年前以太坊还没有这样。放弃这些优点为了追求 TPS 是很大的错误，因为总是能有新的链出来，突然有比你还更高的 TPS。但是去中心化和韧性是宝贵的，很少区块链有。这些特点有利于做一个有长期价值的数字货币，也有利于有好的世界计算机。但是世界计算机也需要解决扩容问题。“世界计算机”的意思并不是可以同时支撑每个全世界的应用的计算机，而是世界的应用可以互相操作。”
