MOG Digitech Holdings (HKG:1942) and Waton Securities are establishing a joint venture, MW Technology Development, aimed at the development of a digital currency financial securities trading desk, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
The JV is also planned to imply artificial intelligence along with World Web3 for the provision of a better user experience by automating tasks such as ordering, transaction, and settlement.
The JV will be owned 60% by the company.
