AI数字人年服务人次超3500万 京东健康不断夯实“AI健康第一入口”能力
近期，京东健康股份有限公司（以下简称“京东健康”）上线了国内首批医生专家的AI数字分身，这是京东健康在医疗AI领域迈出的重要一步。实际上，除了利用AI大模型技术，不断为用户提供更好的网上看病体验外，作为国内AI健康第一入口，京东健康还依托“京医千询”医疗大模型，打造了一系列AI健康专业服务数字人，如AI药师、AI营养师、AI心理咨询师等，在业内率先实现了AI健康应用的规模化落地。
据悉，截至目前，京东健康旗下AI健康数字人的人工替代率最高已超90%，服务满意度达91%，过去一年服务用户人次超过3500万，能覆盖包括健康咨询、健康导购、健康科普、健康管理等在内的线上健康消费全场景，让用户能7*24小时享受AI所带来的极致体验和专业保障。
